Hi there! We’re Julia and Ojas, aka “The Working Travelers.” We’re a career-focused married couple who take any opportunity to travel–even while both working full-time jobs. We’re based in Birmingham, Alabama, but we find time to get away to destinations in a way that is affordable, authentic, and adventurous. Her passions involve writing about food and travel, exploring new restaurants and cuisines, and spending time outside–whether that’s on the beach or hiking in the mountains. She has been to 21 countries and lived in two countries. She is the creative vision and words behind the blog and Instagram.
About Ojas:
Ojas is an engineer working in the automotive business. He has a deep love of adventure and spontaneity, and is never one to shy away from an adrenaline rush. He will do anything to chase the mountain high and loves a good hiking and camping trip. He has been to 35 countries and has lived in three countries. Ojas is the photographer for the blog and Instagram.
